一岗位职责：

1. Responsibilities:

1.、负责餐厅接待服务工作，掌握餐厅服务设施及使用功能，并确保处于完好状态。

2、做好营业前后的服务卫生清理工作，保持餐厅环境整洁。

3、了解客人预订和桌位安排情况，为客人提供周到的服务。

3. Understand the reservation and table arrangement of guests and provide considerate service.

4、保持良好的客际关系，能独立有效地处理宾客投诉。

4. Maintain good customer relationship and handle guest complaints independently and effectively.

5、熟悉菜品、酒水、饮料知识和服务操作技巧。

5. Familiar with dishes, drinks, beverage knowledge and service operation skills.

6、接受客人点菜、点酒水、推销餐厅的特色菜品，根据客人需求，帮助客人选择。

6. Accept customers' orders, order drinks, promote the specialty dishes of the restaurant, and help customers choose according to their needs.

7、上餐前检查菜肴和酒水质量，杜绝不合格菜肴和酒水上桌。

7. Check the quality of dishes and drinks before serving, and put an end to unqualified dishes and drinks on the table.

8、完成上级交办的其他工作。

二岗位要求：

2. Job requirements:

1、年龄：18-30岁，男女不限。

1. Age: 18-30 years old, male or female.

2、文化程度：大专以上学历，具备基础的英文沟通能力。

2. Education: college degree or above, with basic English communication skills.

3、工作经历：1年以上酒店或高档餐厅工作经验。

3. Working experience: more than 1 year working experience in hotel or high-end restaurant.

4、熟悉餐厅服务工作流程，具有较强工作责任感和敬业精神。

4. Familiar with restaurant service workflow, with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

5、乐观开朗，热爱酒店餐饮服务工作。
