• Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures 深入了解部门的标准和程序
• Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation 履行入住,离店和换房程序,确保根据预定信息将所有的数据已经输入到酒店系统里。
• Keeps abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures 掌握账目政策的修改和程序
• Responsible and attends to guest’s request of using the service of safety box at all times 负责和留意客人使用保险箱的问题
• Knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for programs such as; Seasonal Packages, Frequent Flyers Programs, and also Intercontinental Hotels Group Loyalty programs. 掌握特殊产品的促销的程序,例如季节套餐,蓝天飞行计划和洲际酒店集团忠诚计划。

• Responsible for PSB system, following PSB policy all the time 负责出境管理系统,并时刻保持前台班次遵循出入境管理要求 • Performs the audit balances and prepares all works for audit in an orderly fashion 进行夜审工作并准备相关报表
• When on night shift, checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary forms for the guest arrival 夜班要检查夜班报表,准备早班报表和所有与预抵客人有关的表
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures including correct forms to use, how to, e-mail, messages, and how to interpret availability sources within the reservation systems 全面掌握标准的预定程序,包括应用正确的表格,发邮件和信息,并能够理解预定系统内的相应信息 • Maintains exemplary deportment standards of behavior and appearance and attitude as expected in a IHG Brand 根据洲际品牌保持标准的行为举止和外观和态度
