岗位职能：
1.负责项目餐饮咖啡吧的现场标准化建立、规范化管理及落实工作；
2.负责现场客户及重要嘉宾接待流程的制定及落地；
3.负责贯彻执行公司相关经营制度及相关流程；
4.与客户建立良好的沟通关系，在客户接待及入驻的前后期做好重点客户的关系维护；
5.负责对外增值服务开展的相关事宜；
6.负责监管和配合第三方经营商业务的开展；
7.负责外来客户的档案建立及更新工作；；
8.负责入驻企业品牌展示及企业水牌的更换及管理工作；
9.负责办理客户咨询事宜的协调处理；
10.负责大堂区域的品质管理及安全管理工作；
11.负责填写项目经营月报及汇总工作；
12.负责项目活动的现场配合与落地工作；
13.负责协调处理项目过程出现的突发问题；
14.负责项目的经营收益及推广策略指标的制定。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，酒店管理、设计等相关专业；
2.流利标准的普通话，英语口语水平良好者佳；
3.有咖啡厅、餐饮、酒店管理及联合办公行业空间运营工作经验者优先；
4.对创新事物接受度高，喜欢智能科技产品；
5.形象气质佳，沟通能力强，有较强的服务意识，亲和力强，追求细节，有一定的审美能力；
6.抗压能力强，有很强的创新和执行能力，具备团队合作精神。
