1.Ensure
that all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with hotel’s
accounting procedures；确保所有的出纳运作都与酒店财务部的操作程序保持一致；
2. Accepts responsibility for, and to show
initiative in decision making when handling minor guest objections, in order to enhance guest satisfaction；承担责任, 在处理一些低级客人的无理要求时要表现出果断的判断力,以提高客人的满意度；
3.Be fully conversant
with Banyan Tree Spa services and facilities in order to be able to make
helpful recommendations, and to be able to up-sell Spa services and Spa
products；对于悦榕庄水疗的各种服务项目和设施设备要熟记于心, 便于随时对服务和产品进行升级销售；.
4.Assists
in the preparation of duty rosters, vacation planning and scheduling and public
holiday scheduling；协助准备部门排班表，安排假期计划和公休假日程；
5.Conducts
frequent front and back of house checks ensuring mise-en-place, service procedures,
standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, employee
grooming, and manning levels are in orde and takes appropriate action where
necessary；
检查水疗部各区域的服务流程，卫生标准，维修保养，员工仪表，礼仪规范，并在必要时给予协助。
