岗位职责：

1. Manage the design coordination between all consultants including architect, interior designer, MEP, Kitchen and Laundry, Lighing, Signage and artwork etc;
管理各顾问(建筑、室内、机电、厨房和洗衣房、灯光、标识、艺术品等）之间的设计协调；
2. Resolve possible conflicts between interior design drawing, MEP drawing, fire and life safety drawing etc.;
解决室内设计图纸，机电图纸及消防及人身安全图纸等图纸之间可能的冲突之处；
3. Review the samples and make sure the quality fits our brand standard;
审核样品并确保其质量符合我方品牌标准；
4. Working together with the team to review the construction drawings to ensure all the MEP elements are located correctly;
与团队协作，审核施工图纸以确保所有的机电位置准确；
5. Visit furniture factories to review the prototype，fabrics etc.;
走访家具生产商，审核家具模型及用料等；
6. Travel as requested;
根据工作需要安排出差；
7. Other work as needed.
管理层布置的其他任务。

任职要求：

1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience participating in the technical aspects associated with the development, design and construction of international luxury hotels, resorts and mixed-use projects in China or overseas.
至少具有5 年参与国内外国际品牌豪华酒店、度假酒店及综合体项目的开发、设计及施工相关技术工作的经验；
2. Familiar with architecture design, interior design etc.;
熟悉建筑设计，室内设计等；
3. Familiar with FF&E(including hardware and bathroom accessories) specs and suppliers;
熟悉家具／内装及设备（包括五金硬件及浴室装配）规范和供应商；
4. Fluent in Chinese and English;
普通话及英语流利；
5. Ability to work independently, effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment under pressure.
能够在有压力的环境下，快节奏的多元文化氛围中独立并高效工作；
6. Able to travel frequently.
可以较高频度的出差。
