职位描述
岗位职责:

• Be responsible for the overall development of membership program, with clear vision, strategy and milestones of implementation and defined KPIs and business processes for membership program.

• To promote membership coverage and accelerate digitalization progress.
推动会员覆盖,加快数字化进程;
• Build membership related capabilities for hotel and lead teams to implement the membership strategy.
帮助酒店建立会员体系相关的性能,并带领团队实施会员战略;
• Design and execute membership programs to acquire new members and drive shopping frequency.
设计并执行会员计划,以获取新会员,提高购物频率;
• Continuous coordination on country hotel level on all membership programs.
持续协调全国酒店的所有会员计划;
• Leverage all digital platforms for targeted member communication and activation including WeChat, Live Show and App.
利用所有数字平台进行目标会员的沟通和激活,包括微信、直播和应用程序;
• Establishing and maintaining of professional work relationships to relevant internal areas especially CRM, research and database marketing.
建立并维护与内部相关领域的专业工作关系,特别是客户关系管理、研究和数据库营销;
• Closely work with marketing team to generate and implement membership promotion plan.
与市场传媒部密切合作,指定并执行会员推广计划;
• Other duties assigned by line.

任职资格:

Education:
教育:
• Bachelor degree or above with major in relevant majoy, for example: Marketing, etc.
市场营销等相关专业本科及以上学历;

Experience:
经验:
• At least 3-year experience of management position in Membership, especially in the hotel industries.
3年以上会员管理工作经验,特别是酒店行业。
• Excellent expertise in membership program management/promotion and CRM.
卓越的市场营销和客户关系管理专业知识。
• Experience within a multi-national corporation is preferred.
有跨国公司工作经验者优先。
