岗位职责:
1. Opportunity Analysis: Identify, evaluate markets and recommend opportunities for new hotel and branded residences business development; perform due diligence and market research through all possible information resources; prioritize opportunities and prepare presentations to company senior management;
机会研究：寻找、评估酒店及品牌住宅发展的市场机会，推荐新发展项目；通过所有信息来源对项目进行尽职调查和市场分析；划分项目优先等级，向公司高层管理人员汇报；

2. Get the Deals Settled: Follow up on potential development deals; Preparing the pitching documents and related proposals; Prepare the related financial forecast documents; Coordinate every business resource to help on pursuing the deals; Participate or help on agreement negotiation and push to get the deals settled;
达成合作协议：跟踪潜在发展项目；准备介绍资料以及相关的建议书；准备相关的财务收益预测文件；协调各种商业资源以帮助项目达成合作；参与或协助合作协议的谈判以最终达成合作协议。

3. Business Community Networking: Develop and maintain partner relationships; maintain and enhance relationships with key business leaders and partner; Fluently articulate the brands to potential partners. 
业内往来：发展维持合作伙伴关系；维持并加强同主要业务领导及合作伙伴的关系；定期做品牌宣讲。

4. Management: Report to company business development head. Help on development of department management goals, budgets and business plan. Lead business development project team and monitor its performance.
管理：向公司发展负责人汇报；协助制定本部门管理目标、财务预算及业务计划；领导项目发展团队并监督其业绩。
 

任职资格:
1. 6+ years of corporate business development and/or consulting experience in hotel and/or commercial real estate development industry.
6年以上酒店和／或商业地产开发行业公司业务开发和/或咨询经验；

2. Strong business judgments, strategic thinking, financial analysis, and problem solving.
有较强商业判断力、决策力、财务分析和风险应对能力；

3. Requires bachelor’s degree or above.
本科或以上学历；

4. Demonstrated leadership, results-orientation and track record of success.
出色的领导力、执行能力和成功业绩；

5. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English both oral and written.
具备优秀的中英文口语及书面表达能力；

6. Detailed, efficient oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.
认真负责，注重细节和效率；

7. Ability to manage work-pressure, can work overtime and make frequent business travels as needed.
能承受工作压力，能适应加班及经常出差的要求；

8. Various computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
