岗位职责:

1. Overlook the overall design and construction process of the projects in charge.
掌控所负责项目的设计及工程全过程；

2. Communicate with owner and consultants and explain the design direction and requirements for all areas(exterior and interior including BOH and FOH).
就设计与业主及其他相关顾问进行沟通并说明所有区域（含室外及包含客人区及后勤区的室内区域）的设计方向及要求；

3. Prepare area program and design brief for the projects in charge.
负责制定负责项目的面积指标表和设计指引文件；

4. Review the samples and make sure the quality fits our brand standard.
审核样品并确保其质量符合我方品牌标准；

5. Working together with the team to review the construction drawings to ensure all the MEP elements are located correctly.
与团队协作，审核施工图纸以确保所有的机电位置准确；

6. Prepare periodic report regarding to the project design process.
就项目设计进程进行定期汇报；

7. Responsible for monitoring the construction progress and ensure the quality fits brand standard.
负责监控项目的施工进程并确保其质量达到品牌标准；

8. Supports the department leader.
支持部门领导工作；

9. Refining and updating the brand standards.
对设计标准进行修正及更新；

10. Travel: as required in support of project needs.
差旅要求：根据具体项目需要提供支持。

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above from an accredited interior design or architectural program.
室内设计或者建筑学本科或以上学历；

2. Good command in English and Mandarin skills are preferred.
中文及英文的口语及书面能力俱佳者优先考虑；

3. A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience participating in the technical aspects associated with the development, design

and construction of luxury hotels and resorts and mixed use projects in domestic and international markets.
至少具有8-10年参与国内外豪华酒店、度假酒店及综合体项目的开发、设计及施工相关技术工作的经验；

4. Ability to work independently, effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment under pressure.
能够在有压力的环境下，快节奏的多元文化氛围中独立并高效工作；

5. Architect/interior designer registration/license is a plus.
获有建筑师/室内设计师证书者优先。
