岗位职责:
•	Translate project documents, including HMA, TSA, LOI and strategic cooperation framework agreements.
翻译项目合同，包括酒店管理合同、技术服务合同、意向书、战略合作框架协议；

•	Proofread, edit, and revise English documents drafted by other team members and/or departments, to ensure accuracy, truthfulness and style of writing.
对其他同事/部门草拟的英文文件进行校对、编辑和审改，确保翻译准确、忠实原文、文风恰当；

•	Work with outside legal counsel to review/finalize general business contracts for various departments and subsidiaries.
与公司常法协作，为集团各业务部门及子公司审阅日常商务合同；

•	Register trademarks/copyrights as per business demand, both through external agencies and by self.
根据业务需要，通过外部代理机构及自行注册商标/版权；

•	Conduct due diligence on project transaction parties and potential hires, producing bilingual reports.
对项目交易对方及拟聘用人员进行尽调，生成双语报告；

•	Support events at corporate and properties level by preparing related literary works.
为集团和酒店活动提供所关文案；

•	Handle corporate governance documents and official procedures as needed.
根据需要处理公司治理相关文件和官方手续；

•	Assist with departmental administrative formalities.  
协助完成部门行政事务；

•	Help subsidiaries with document handling tasks such as stamping and mailing.
帮助子公司处理文件，如盖章、寄递等；

•	Prepare texts for external affairs and public relation purposes, as well as for management speech purposes.
为公司对外和公关事务、领导发言拟稿；

•	Perform other duties following the directions of the General Counsel. 
遵照部门负责人的指示，履行其他相关职责。
 

任职资格:
•	Bachelor in English or law, be able to use English fluently in verbal and writing forms, with strong literal skills. 
英语或者法学专业本科学历，能够娴熟地使用英语、准确进行口译和笔译，文字功底强；

•	Working experiences relating to English translation and editing or acting as an inhouse counsel or lawyer would be a plus.
具有英文口译、笔译、编辑或者法务、律师相关工作经验优先;

•	Ability to fully devote at working hours, having a serious and responsible attitude, attaching importance to details and efficiency.
工作时能全情投入、态度认真负责，注重细节和效率；

•	Easy-going personality, excellent interpersonal skills.
性格随和沉稳，善于人际沟通和协调；

•	Ability to manage work-pressure at times, overtime as necessary and possible business travel.
能承受较大工作压力，能适应偶尔的加班及出差要求；

•	Various computer skills as needed. 
熟练使用日常工作所需的各种计算机软件。
