职位描述
岗位职责:

1. In charge of and be responsible to the operation of the property management and consulting management of branded residence projects.
负责品牌住宅项目物业管理和顾问管理的运营工作。
2. Provide professional operational and technical services to support the development business of branded residences, by providing the operational proposal, fee estimate, and technical recommendations, etc.
为支持品牌住宅业务发展提供专业的运营和技术服务,提供运营建议、费用测算及技术建议等。
3. Be responsible to creating and updating property management operational and service standards.
负责制订和更新物业管理运营及服务标准。
4. Organize and train service personnel for branded residence projects.
组织和培训品牌住宅项目的物业服务人员。



任职资格:

1. Full-time Bachelor degree or above.
全日制大学本科及以上学历。
2. Intermediate professional and technical titles.
中级专业技术职称。
3. Be able to work in English.
能用英文进行工作交流。
4. Have engaged in property management relevant work for more than 10 years, of which have served as a deputy general manager of the property company or a general manager of the project for more than 5 years. Experience in the management of high grade apartments and commercial complex.
从事物业管理相关工作10年以上,其中担任物业公司副总经理或项目总经理5年以上,有品牌公寓及商业综合体管理经验。
5. Be able to adapt to short-term business trip.
能适应短期出差。
