岗位职责：
1，负责营运各岗位的技能培训，公司制度，流程培训，并督促制度标准流程的执行。
2，及时检查制度标准流程的完成情况，发现问题及时向营运经理反馈，并与各店长协商改进。
3，制定培训计划和考核制度，并定期进行绩效评估。
4，制定人员转正晋升考核标准，并定期进行考核
5，负责内部培训课程的开发，培训和考核。
语言能力：英语-一般年龄要求：28-38岁
