作为救生员，我们希望您承担以下职责：
- 负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告；
- 负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生；
- 注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全；
- 确保游泳池所有的设施设备都是按照香格里拉集团的标准运营。
候选人应具备以下能力：
- 具备较强的沟通协调和反应能力；
- 救生员资格证；
- 救生员工作经验；
- 良好的服务意识 。
