Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department.

协调广告、宣传品及公关照片拍摄，广告公司及市场传媒部之间的协作

Assists in the writing and distribution of all press releases.

协助撰写及发送新闻稿

Assists the DOC/CM to develop media contacts, plan press conferences and other press activities.

协助市场传媒总监/经理开发媒体资源，策划新闻发布工作及其它媒体公关活动

Assists with execution of hotel events and community/government relations activities.

协助执行酒店活动及社区/政府相关活动

Requirements:

Presentable and well groomed.Outgoing personality with cheerful disposition.

外形及仪容仪表佳，性格外向，个性乐观

Ability to write and read English & Mandarin fluently

良好的英文和中文口语及书写能力

At least 2 years similar capacity or at least 3 years as a Communications Officer in a 5-star international hotel. Willing to consider candidate working in corporate companies in the same capacity / role.

国际五星级酒店2年以上类似工作经验或3年以上市场传媒工作经验，或企业中有相同职位的候选人

Good contacts with local, domestics and international media.

能与本地、国内及海外媒体的良好关系

Requires minimum supervision.
