岗位职责/职位描述

1. Reports daily to Housekeeping Office in complete uniform, picks up cleaning equipment/materials and signs in at the attendance sheet.

每天到客房部办公室报到，领取制服和清洁工具、设备，在签到表上签到。

2. Receives cleaning and follow-up assignments from immediate supervisor.

接收主管交予的清洁和跟踪服务的任务。

3. Cleans function rooms, lobbies, outlets, rest rooms, offices, locker rooms and staff washrooms, back-of-the house sections according to standard procedures.

根据酒店的标准，清洁宴会厅、大堂、外围、休息室、办公室、更衣室和员工盥洗室以及酒店后台区域。

4. Reports immediately emergencies such as overflowing toilets, burnt out lights etc. to Housekeeping Office or to supervisor.

立即向客房部办公室或主管汇报紧急情况，如：厕所的溢漏，灯泡烧坏等。

5. Reports to immediate supervisor fixtures and other items that need repair and maintenance.

向主管汇报需要修理和保养的固定装置及其他项目。

6. Brings immediately to Housekeeping Office any left-behind guest items found at the public areas, making sure that the same are properly entered in the lost and found log book.

立即上缴在公共区域拾获的客人遗留物品至客房部办公室，确定已被登记在遗留物品的记录本上。

7. Keeps cleaning equipment in good order and reports to Supervisor unfinished areas for endorsement to the next shift.

坚持清洁设备设施并向主管汇报未完成的区域，以便交接到下一班次人员。

8. Turns in all soiled rugs, stores properly all cleaning equipment used before signing out.

上交所有脏毛毯，在签出前，放置好所有的清洁设备。

9. Shampoos carpet, changes curtains, washes windows, mirrors, etc.

清洗地毯，更换窗帘，冲洗窗户、镜子等。

10. Performs other related duties that may be assigned.
