JOB DESCRIPTION
岗位职责
1、确保通过对客人的认知和关注，提高客人对酒店整体入住体验的满意度。

2、负责酒店夜间前厅部的工作。监督前台接待员、主管及时准确地完成本职的日常工作。

3、接待和迎送夜间到离店的重要宾客，监管有关部门做好服务工作。

4、负责协调和督促其他部门做好夜间的各种工作。协调夜间各部门的工作关系，高效的处理和解决发生的各种问题和突发事件。

5、做好交接记录，编写“夜间工作日志”，记录当天工作的重要情况，发现的问题及处理的意见和结果，及时递交部门领导阅示。

您是否具备...

1、具有星级酒店的大堂经理工作经验者或资深主管工作经验者优先。

2、大专学历及以上，具有英文听力书写能力。

3、能适应夜班及倒班制的班次。

4、具有熟练使用电脑及各种办公软件技能。

5、懂得酒店管理一般理论知识和酒店管理制度和工作规范。

6、熟悉外事纪律，了解旅游法规，懂得治安、消防条例等法律、法规等基本知识。

8、熟悉各种应急预案的内容和程序，了解接待礼仪礼节。

9、擅长于处理宾客关系，能快速有效的应对各种问题。

10、具备良好的抗压能力及人际沟通能力。
