JOB DESCRIPTION
职位描述
1. Update and consummate the diversified training management policies;
更新并完善酒店各项培训管理制度。
2. Implement the daily training need analysis for all departments;
进行全酒店各部门日常培训需求分析。
3. Be in charge of all the training programs, including organization of Orientation Program and Outsourcing Training programs;
负责所有培训活动的执行，包括入职培训及外包培训的管理。
4.Be responsible for the implementation and follow-through of training programs, including official, managerial, service and language training, etc;
负责全酒店卡尔森官方类、管理类、服务理念类及语言课程的执行和跟踪。
5. Be in charge of the management and supervision of the annual training plan and budget;
负责酒店培训年度培训计划和预算的管理与制定。
6. Take charge of the departmental trainers system;
协助上级培训各部门培训员培训技巧和知识。
7. Implement all the instructions or programs which Carlson Group assigns.
执行官方活动的指示。

1. College graduate, with at least one year working experience in the same position in 5-star hotel;
大专以上学历，有同等星级酒店相同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2. Decent work ethics, with good capacity on interaction and coordination;
良好的职业素养，并具备良好的人际沟通能力和协调能力。
3. Strong ability in language and excellent English capacity both in oral and written;
具有较强的文字综合能力和优秀的英文口笔译表达能力。
4. Ability to lay out the integrated training plan action plan;
能按照酒店经营发展对人才的需要，制订酒店总体培训规划和实施计划。
5. Be familiar with the industrial regulation, characters and training procedures.
熟悉员工的规律、特点和培训工作程序。
