JOB DESCRIPTION
岗位职责

1. To ensured smooth and efficient operation of the assigned out let or task;
确保部门运作的平稳和工作效率。
2. Operate the outlets as a business unit as per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of guest satisfaction, financial targets, and training and high employee morale;
按照标准，程序和实际管理原则，为达到部门目标，在客人满意度、财务任务和培训及调高员工士气方面进行部门经营和运作。
3. Motivate and empower your team to consistently focus on guest satisfaction and deliver service excellence ;
激发并鼓励团队始终关注客人满意度和提供出色的服务。
4. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures;
坚持酒店在健康、安全和其他方面的要求和规定；坚持集团标准、地方规范和程序。
5. Assists in managing the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage sections and informs the Director of Food and Beverage or designate, of any major decision take which did not require his/her action and any other relevant information.
协助餐饮部各区域每天的管理和运作，通知餐饮总监或相应负责人关于各项工作有无落实到位和其他相关信息。

1. College graduate, with at least three years related working experience in the same position in 5-star hotel;
大专以上学历，有同等星级酒店相同岗位工作经验3年以上。
2. Have good image and temperament; good sense of service and willing to develop yourself in the hospitality industry;
五官端正,形象气质良好，有较强的服务意识，有志在酒店业发展。
3. Have good working attitude and sense of teamwork;
良好的工作态度及团队合作意识。
4. Decent work ethics, with good capacity on interaction and coordination;
良好的职业素养，并具备良好的人际沟通能力和协调能力。
5. Strong ability in language and excellent English capacity both in oral and written;
具有较强的文字综合能力和优秀的英文口笔译表达能力。
6. Commitment to quality in everything they do;
