JOB DESCRIPTION
岗位职责

1. Manage the day-to-day shift operation of the Food and Beverage outlet and informs the Outlet Manager or designate, of any major decision taken which did not require his/her action and any other relevant information;

做好日常食品和饮料的移位操作管理，告知餐厅经理或者重大决定及相关信息；

2. Share recommendations and guest comments to Chef and Food & Beverage Management team to reflect current customer profile;

与厨师及餐饮管理团队分享建议和来宾意见，以反映当前客户的需求状况；

3. Own at least one championship amount the outlet to assure a smooth operation;

至少拥有一项销售的王牌产品以保证运营平稳；

4. Be knowledge of beverages, liquors, and wine service;

了解饮料，酒水及红酒服务的知识；

5. Develop a complete knowledge of menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods. Be ready to answer any guest questions about the menu in a positive and concise way.

系统了解各项菜单及其配菜，主料及制作方法，明确简介的应对客人对菜单提出的各种问题。

1. At least two year working experience in the same position in 5-star hotel;

2. Have good image and temperament; good sense of service and willing to develop yourself in the hospitality industry;

3. Have good working attitude and sense of teamwork;
