Job description
岗位职责
1.Ensure proper coordination with Kitchen,Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments for all necessaryarrangements and preparation for each function based on the Event orders.
与厨房、管事部、客房部、工程部及其它部门协调好有关宴会定单的安排及准备工作。
2.Performs all duties as assigned bymanagement.
及时完成酒店管理层所布置的所有工作。
3.Ensure that rooms/function space are set-up according to guest expectations and banquet event order. Conduct pre-function meetings with scheduled staff and review all information pertinent to day’s functions. Inspect scheduled function areas/rooms, table set-ups, bar set-ups, buffet tables, receptions and coffee breaks for cleanliness, attractiveness, and proper layout.Oversee all service and set up.
确保按客人的期望和宴会活动订单布置房间或活动场所。与计划的员工一起召开活动前会议来核查当日所有信息。检查计划的活动区域或房间，桌子的布置，吧台的布置，餐台，接待台和会间休息的卫生，装饰及正确的布置。监督服务与会议的布置情况。
3.Follow up problems which may arise from event order and room allocations and rectify as soon as possible
跟进活动单和会议室分配工作中出现的问题，尽快予以调整。
3.Controls part-timers hired for specificfunctions and checks attendance of all permanent and casuals.
负责管理特殊宴会的临时工，并检查所有员工的出勤情况。
4.Maintains proper records of Sales, guestcomplaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment inappropriate logbooks for reference.
记录销售额、客户投拆、解决方法及有关人员及设备情况，以备查询。
5.Makes frequent suggestions to Managementin reference to improvement of general operation, cost control andprofitability.
向领导提出建议，以提高工作效率，达到增源节流的目的。
6.Maintains establishment of par stock foroperating supplies to ensure smooth operation.
保持足够存货以确保本部的正常运营。
 7.Participates in daily briefings and  communication meetings to discuss various aspects of service andpreparation.
参加晨会，通过交流会议来讨论有关服务及准备工作等方面的问题。
8.Attends to guest complaints, requests orinquiries regarding food and services and immediately takes all requiredcorrective measures.
关注客人对饭菜及服务的投拆、要求和需求，并立即采取有效措施。
