Major Functions责任概要 :
 
1.     Assist the Food and beverage manager in ensuring a smoothly and profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel. 
      协助餐饮经理管理餐饮运营，运作顺利且盈利。
 
2.     Be responsible for maintaining the overall welfare of our associates by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
      为员工提供相关培训以满足他们对客服务的需求。
 
3.     Assist in developing and enforcing standards, policies and procedures in banquets, Chinese restaurants
	协助标准、政策和程序在中餐餐厅包括宴会厅的落实和改进。
 
4.     Maintain proper sanitation standards throughout the Food and Beverage operation by enforcing Marriott International’s sanitation and food storage and food handling standards.
      执行万豪集团卫生、食品储存和操作的程序，保持良好的卫生标准。
 
5.     Assist in the development and execution of plans and actions for the improvement and marketing of Chinese restaurant, banquet offerings.
      在宴会厅、中餐厅的市场推广方面给予协助。
 
6.     Assist Food and beverage manager in developing, monitoring and managing the annual operating budget via:
      在以下方面协助餐饮经理发展、监督和管理全年的预算：
	A. Controllable costs                  可控制成本
	B.  Wage progress reports           工资进度报告
	C. Profit and Loss statement        损益报告
 
7.     Establish department standard procedures and revise if needed.
建立部门标准并执行，在必要的时候做调整和修改。
 
8.     Attend internal / external meetings and share information to department; represent Food & Beverage department when Food and beverage manager is absent
按要求参加会议并传达既要，必要时代表餐饮部出席活动。
 
9.     Establish group for VIP Service (Chinese Restaurant, Banquet)
组建VIP服务团队(中餐厅,宴会厅)
 
10.   In charge of the sales team to increase the revenue of Chinese Restaurant
负责中餐销售提高中餐厅收入
