Position Summary职位概述:
Manage the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents in a cost-effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment. This position is concerned with assisting in the supervision of all repair and maintenance and new installations. Ensuring the safety operation in the hotel. To effectively communicate and solve the questions guest encountered.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求：
1.	Knowledge of hotel both electrical and mechanic knowledge required.
需要强电和机械方面的知识。
2.	Familiar with hotel engineering equipment maintenance and repairing.
熟悉酒店工程设备维护和保养。
3.	strong communication and coordination skills.
有较强的沟通和协调能力。

Required Qualifications 必要的资历要求：
1.	At least 3 years woking experience at same position or 5 years supervisor experience above 4 stars.
四星级酒店以上相同岗位工作三年以上或五年以上主管工作经验。
2.	To have basic English.
具有一定英语基础。
