工作职责：
1. 为顾客提供热情周到的接待，有效率的登记入住；
2. 快速有效的退房手续，确保顾客满意的离开；
3. 负责领导和作出决定，并管理前台；
4. 遵循香格里拉品牌标准；
5. 完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
职位要求：
1. 1-2年同等岗位品牌酒店工作经验；
2. 有一定的英语和电脑运用能力；
3. 良好的沟通能力，抗压能力；
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好
