【岗位职责】
1、 接受宴会、会议场地的预订。
2、 接待来访的客人，并可根据销售总监的授权向客人报价，及时反馈给相关客户经理进行具体落实。
3、 拟定合同，并负责执行合同的签署和收发流程。
4、 准备宴会通知单，并分发到相关部门。
5、 与相关部门紧密协调，处理宴会细节或临时变更事宜。
6、 收集客户反馈，汇总报告，并提交致宴会销售经理。
7、 出席每日宴会销售部会议，需要时参加协调会议。
8、 执行部门经理分派的其它任务。
【岗位要求】
1、 可接受应届毕业生，1年以上高星级酒店相应岗位工作经验优先。
2、 沟通能力良好，有团队合作精神。
3、 工作细致严谨，热情大方。
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好
