Duties
1.Assist in identifying and prospecting potential Russian market business, including companies, travel agencies, and event organizers.
2.Help develop and implement sales strategies under the guidance of the superior supervisor to promote hotel products.
3.Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide detailed product information, and offer customized solutions to meet their needs.
4.Monitor competitor activities and trends, and report findings to the sales team to help inform strategic decisions.
5.Work closely with the team members, as well as cross functional departments, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve the hotel’s goals.


Requirements
1.Fluent in both Mandarin and Russian, with the ability to communicate effectively with Russian speaking clients.
2.No prior hotel sales experience is required, but candidates with some exposure to sales, customer service, or the hospitality industry will be at an advantage.
3.Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyHighly motivated, proactive, resilience, and willing to learn.
4.A bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
