· Reports directly to and communicates with the General Manager on all administrative matters
· Hotel License management, support internal matters including meeting and activity arrangement, and material collection, etc
· Taking minutes of Department Heads /Ex.Com meeting as requested
· Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Department Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries as appropriate
· Day-to-day secretarial work to include typing, filing, and telephone etc
· Distribution of memos, letters and other information etc.
· Arranging internal / external appointments
· Translating incoming letters, documents, articles by request
· Assist in compiling periodical reports
· Carry on other duties as assigned by General Manager
Required Skills
· At least 1-2 years working experience in hotel operations
· Fluency in English, especially in written
· Good administrative and bookkeeping skills
· General working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Familiar with IHG internal system is a plus
· Prefer to Beijing Residents
