Job Responsibilities 岗位职责1. Assist the Training Manager in formulating annual training plans to ensure alignment with the hotel’s strategic goals and employee development needs。
协助培训经理制定年度培训计划，确保与酒店战略目标及员工发展需求相匹配。2. Organize and conduct new employee onboarding training, cross-departmental training and various special skill training, and follow up on training effect evaluation and feedback。
组织实施新员工入职培训、部门交叉培训及各类专项技能培训，跟进培训效果评估与反馈。3. Maintain the training file system, and record employees’ training history, certificate validity periods and skill improvement data。
维护培训档案系统，记录员工培训历史、证书有效期及技能提升数据。4. Participate in designing and optimizing training course content, including updating content on online learning platforms and preparing materials for offline workshops。
参与设计并优化培训课程内容，包括线上学习平台内容更新及线下工作坊材料准备。5. Regularly collect training demands, analyze employees’ competency gaps through questionnaires, interviews and other methods, and put forward improvement suggestions。
定期收集培训需求，通过问卷、访谈等方式分析员工能力缺口，提出改进建议。6. Coordinate internal trainer resources, support various departments in carrying out on-the-job training, and assist in organizing hotel-level training activities。
协调内部讲师资源，支持各部门开展在岗培训，并协助组织酒店级培训活动。Job Requirements 岗位要求1. Possess good communication, expression, organization and coordination capabilities to effectively drive the implementation of training projects。
具备良好的沟通表达与组织协调能力，能有效推动培训项目执行。2. Passionate about training work; candidates with basic curriculum design or training assistance experience are preferred。
对培训工作有热情，具备基础课程设计或培训辅助经验者优先。3. Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of producing training courseware。
熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint），能制作培训课件。4. Highly proactive in learning, strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to the flexible working schedule of the hotel industry。
学习主动性强，责任心强，能适应酒店行业弹性工作节奏。5. Team-oriented with good cross-departmental collaboration capabilities and excellent service awareness。
具备团队合作精神，能跨部门协作，服务意识良好。
