一、岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

全面负责西餐厅日常运营管理，保障餐厅服务有序开展。
Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the western restaurant, ensuring orderly restaurant services.
制定餐厅服务标准、工作流程，并监督员工严格执行。
Formulate restaurant service standards and workflows, and supervise staff to implement them strictly.
负责餐厅团队的排班、培训、考核及人员管理工作。
In charge of staff scheduling, training, performance appraisal and personnel management of the restaurant team.
管控餐厅物料、餐具、酒水库存，控制运营成本，减少损耗。
Control inventory of restaurant supplies, tableware and beverages, manage operating costs and reduce wastage.
接待重要宾客，处理客人投诉与意见，提升宾客满意度。
Receive important guests, handle guest complaints and feedback, and improve guest satisfaction.
配合厨师长完成菜单更新、菜品推广、营销活动落地。
Cooperate with the chef de cuisine on menu renewal, food promotion and implementation of marketing activities.
落实餐厅卫生、食品安全、消防安全等相关规范，规避安全风险。
Implement standards of restaurant hygiene, food safety and fire safety to avoid potential safety risks.
完成上级交办的其他管理相关工作。
Complete other management-related tasks assigned by superiors.
二、岗位要求 Job Requirements

大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理相关专业优先。
College degree or above, major in hotel management or catering management is preferred.
3 年及以上高端酒店西餐厅管理相关工作经验。
At least 3 years of relevant management experience in western restaurants of high-end hotels.
流利英语口语与读写能力，可独立完成外宾接待沟通。
Fluent oral, written and reading English, capable of receiving and communicating with foreign guests independently.
熟悉西餐服务流程、酒水知识、西餐菜品知识。
Familiar with western food service procedures, wine knowledge and western cuisine knowledge.
具备良好的团队管理、客户沟通及突发事件处理能力。
Good abilities in team management, customer communication and emergency handling.
熟悉餐饮食品安全法规、酒店卫生及消防相关规定。
Familiar with catering food safety regulations, hotel hygiene and fire control requirements.
形象得体，亲和力强，抗压能力强，可适应轮班及节假日工作。
Presentable appearance, strong affinity, able to work under pressure, adaptable to shifts and holiday work.
持有餐饮相关资格证书者优先考虑。
Candidates with relevant catering certificates are preferred.
