JOB REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

1. Under the direction of Catering Convention Service Director must ensure all meetings inquiries are handled in line with Catering standard operation procedures handled within 2 hours.

在宴会服务总监领导下，确保宴会会议生意按照宴会销售标准流程操作，并在2小时内答复客人。

2. Be informed on sales leads and business quoted and understand the client’s needs, review the booked business, the available space and hot booking days, and pick-up status to ensure business is maximized.

全面了解宴会会议生意最新进展及客人需求，回顾已预订酒店场地情况及热门预订日期，以及生意增长情况，最大化酒店总收入。

3. Organize and attend banquet meeting and conference run-down meetings, if necessary. Ensure that all client requirements have been confirmed and that these details are accurately and thoroughly communicated to the hotel operation in a timely manner.

组织安排宴会协调准备会议，确保所有客人要求已得到准确确认，并及时与酒店相关营运部门保持良好沟通。

4. Act as the primary point of contact for detailed meeting/event planning, working closely with Banquet Operations, F&B management, Reservations, Rooms Division operation, Finance and external suppliers.

作为会议组织者和酒店之间的主要协调人，与宴会服务部、餐饮部、预订部、房务部（前厅及客房部）、财务部及外部供应商紧密合作，满足客人需求。

5. Ensure regular client contact when meetings/events are in-house and ensure all hotel operational details are executed correctly.

在活动进行中，与客人保持密切联系，满足客人各种需求。

6. Follow up with client to obtain event feedback and identify further business opportunities.

确保客人意见在酒店内部充分传达，若客人提出需要帮助，及时跟进并在48小时内协助解决。

7. Ensure client feedback is communicated and acted upon internally and manage resolution of any issues with the client within 48 hours.
