Pre-qualifies and targets Key Accounts, utilising the Envision database .Does telephone sales solicitation and introduction of hotel facilities to increase Hotel’s market share.
与销售团队协调已经确认的活动
Coordinates confirmed events with the Sales team.
与活动组织者在活动前、活动中与活动后见面及沟通，确保每一个环节运行顺畅
Meets up with organiser before, during and after the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
与会议销售人员、宴会运作部门与活动组织者在活动举办前进行面谈，确保活动期间的无间隙沟通
Holds pre-conference meetings with Catering Salesperson, Banquet Operations and organizer to run through the event order to ensure seamless communication during the event.
必要时与销售人员一起或在销售人员不在时招待来酒店实地考察的客人
Conducts site inspections and/or entertainment with the organizer as and when required, together with or in the absence of a Sales person.
