岗位职责:
1、负责公共区域设备设施的巡视检查和日常维护保养,以及接受公寓其他部门和客户的报修,及时发现、处理和解决公共设备设施存在的问题,排除故障、消除隐患。
Responsible for the inspection and daily maintenance of equipment and facilities in public areas, as well as the acceptance of repair reports from other departments and customers of the apartment, timely find, deal with and solve the problems of public equipment and facilities, troubleshoot and eliminate hidden dangers.
2、负责高低压配电室、热水器、水泵、空调、电视、电话等设备维修保养工作并做好记录。
Responsible for the maintenance of high and low voltage power distribution room, water heater, water pump, air conditioner, TV, telephone and other equipment, and make records.
3、负责对电梯维保单位的维修保养进行跟进并做好记录,每日对电梯进行巡视检查并做好巡检记录。

4、负责对住户室内、设备设施进行定期巡查和维修保养并做巡检记录。

任职要求:
1. 学历:大专以上文化程度;

3. 有同岗位工作经验。

4. 以电工优先,对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解,具备一专多能,动手能力强。
