岗位职责/职位描述

Responsibilities

1.Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.

2.Maintain complete knowledge at all times of:

  All hotel features/services, hours of operation.

  All room types, numbers, layout, décor, appointments and location.

  All room rates, special packages and promotions.

  Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures.

  Scheduled in-house group activities, locations and times.

3.Meet with Front Desk Assistant Managers and Housekeeping Managers to review business status and follow up items.

4.Ensure the pre-registration of Special Attention and VIP guests and coordinate the prompt delivery of room service amenities.  

5.Follow up on transportation services and be prepared to greet guest upon arrival, whenever schedule permits.  

6.Maintain an updated profile for all Special Attention and VIP guests; preferred room, specific amenity, preferred time for housekeeping service, etc.

7.Review VIP requests for late checkouts and approve according to occupancy.  Communicate such to Housekeeping.

 

岗位职责

1.起草各种管理制度,确保有关制度按照要求得以实施。

2.熟知酒店内部所有情况,包括:

  设施及营业时间

  房型,数量及装修风格

  房价,促销活动

  每日入住率,多少到达,多少离店

  团队活动时间及地点

3.与前厅经理及客房部经理共同合作,回顾酒店入住情况及后续所需的跟踪。

4.与送餐部合作,确保VIP客人到达前将送给客人的礼物放入房间内。

5.与交通部门协作,了解VIP客人到达时间,第一时间迎接客人的到来。

6.对于VIP客人的特殊需求,如房型,水果种类,打扫房间时间及时进行更新。

7.与客房部协作,在VIP客人要求延时退房时进行申请。

 

Qualifications:

1.Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience.

2.Education: High school diploma or above.

3.General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy;

4.Ability to develops on-going training programmes which focus on the following areas: Confidence and spontaneity, English, Beijing/China knowledge – history, culture and geography, local attractions, restaurants and night spots, Opera knowledge. Participate in compiling the hotels annual business plan. Protect the hotel’s financial interest by implementing controls for revenues, expenses, protection of assets whilst ensuring guests get value for money and excellent service standards.

 

任职资格

1.有2年以上同岗位工作经验。

2.大专以上学历。

3.能准确,迅速,细致的完成本职工作。

4.开发培训计划,重点应关注如下几个方面: 自信心和主动性,英语,北京/中国知识 - 历史、文化和地理,当地景点,餐馆和酒巴,Opera知识。参与酒店年度商业计划的编制工作。通过进行收益控制、费用控制和资产保护,保护酒店的财务利益,同时确保宾客从酒店一流的服务标准中获益,让宾客的消费物有所值。
