岗位描述：

1.监督所在餐厅的服务和菜单内容的提供情况，确保高品质和一致性；

2.处理异常的付款情况；

3.协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作；

4.在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作；

5.在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
岗位要求：

1.酒店管理专业，餐饮或相关专业的大专学历；

2.2年及以上相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景；

3.具有主管工作经验优先考虑；

4.持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证；

5.具有解决问题和培训的能力。
