1.负责中式热菜成品的烹制，根据食品的不同风味严格进行多样化烹制，保证菜肴的质量。
2.协助厨师长控制每日申请单和厨房内部转货单。
3.按照员工的知识和技能标准分配和指派任务。
4.负责热菜部分食品原材料的采购下单与库存管理工作。
5.负责厨房热菜部分设备与用具的维护、清洁与保养工作；

1.受过餐饮专业培训，精通一种菜系的制作工艺。受过烹饪专业训练，并具有业务创新能力。
