职位描述：
1.掌握和运用礼貌语言，负责接听电话，宾客订餐时应问清楚基本信息；
2.正确快速的根据点单摆放餐车，并检查食品和酒水的出品。
3.检查每天的欢迎品是否准备正确，在核查完房间号后能及时准确的送达到客人房间。
4.将发现的问题以及客人的特别需要向主管和经理汇报，保证对问题处理及时。
5.了解所有适用于本部门的福布斯标准，并按照相应的标准严格执行.培训和控制所有福布斯标准，以提高客户满意度和执行福布斯5星服务经验。
岗位要求：
1.经过餐饮服务培训，有一定的日常英语会话能力；
2.有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题；
3.拥有至少2年在豪华酒店的餐厅工作经验，来自福布斯4星或5星酒店优先。
