We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Security/Service Associate - Security
 to join our team.
 
As a Service Leader - Security/Service Associate - Security, we rely on you to:
1. Work under the leadership of the Manager of the Security Department, be directly responsible for it, and carry out all assigned tasks; Assist the security manager to make various work plans.
1. Patrols and observes the movements in all of our hotel areas. Safeguards the properties of the hotel, internal/external customers within the building.
2. When some specific thing happens, take concerned measure immediately. Avoiding further development or influence. Prevent unconcerned person taking pictures and making videos. And immediately report to the security manager.
4. Be familiar with the configuration, maintenance and use of fire control facilities and equipment, and conduct regular inspection to ensure that fire control facilities and equipment are in good condition; Responsible for the safety supervision of key parts of the hotel to ensure safety.
 
We are looking for someone who:
1. At least 2 years working experience in 5 star hotel.
2. Familiar with fire control laws and regulations, have fire control work experience;
3. Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and complaints between guests and staff
4. Able to effectively cooperate with other colleagues and managers to maintain the team;
5. Enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
 
工作概述：
1.在安保部经理领导下进行工作，直接对其负责，执行交办的各项任务；协助保安部经理制定各项工作计划。
2.巡视饭店所有区域, 保护饭店的财产、财物及内部和外部客人的财物及人身安全
3.在发生特别事件时，应迅速采取相应的措施，防止事态扩大。防止无关人员拍照和录像，并立即将事态报告给部门经理。
4.熟悉掌握消防设施、器材的配置、保养、使用，定期做好检查工作，使消防设施器材处于良好状态；负责酒店重点部位的安全监督，确保安全。
 
岗位要求：
1. 有2年以上五星级酒店相关职位工作经验。
2.熟悉消防法律法规，有消防工作经验。
3.能有效解决客人、员工的冲突和投诉。
4.能和其他同事和管理人员有效配合维护团队。
5.富有工作热情，能承受工作压力。
