【岗位职责】
1、全面负责公司党群工作，负责党群工作人员学习交流和工作安排，确保部门人员思想稳定，工作积极主动，发挥好团队作用；
2、负责对党委会决议及决定的事项进行监督、协调和督促相关部门，单位落实决定要求。
3、协助公司领导做好全体职工思想政治、形式任务教育工作，并做好重大对外宣传报道的审核工作。
4、协助公司党委做好信访、稳定排查工作；协助公司党政负责人做好人民来信、群众来访的处理、接待、协调等日常事务工作。
5、完成领导交办的其他工作。
【岗位要求】
1、本科以上文化程度, 具有酒店行政方面工作经验。能熟悉掌握一门外语。
2、掌握酒店经营管理一般知识，熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识。
3、掌握应用文撰写方法，懂得接待礼仪、礼节。
4、了解旅游法规及有关经济法规和政策，熟悉外事纪律。
5、能处理一般的文件、函电和资料，具有较好的协调、接待工作能力。
6、有较好的文字组织能力，能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等。
