一.岗位职责
1. 水域安全监控：在指定区域内不间断巡视，密切观察游泳者动态，及时发现并制止危险行为（如跳水、追逐打闹、进入深水区等），确保水域安全无事故。
2. 应急救援与急救：掌握专业救生技能（如心肺复苏、急救包扎等），在发生溺水、受伤等紧急情况时，立即启动应急预案，迅速实施救援并协助送医，同时保护现场、记录事件经过。
3. 设施设备管理：负责救生器材（救生圈、救生杆、急救箱等）的日常检查、维护和补充，确保设备完好可用；定期检查水域环境（如水质、警示标识、安全通道等），及时排除安全隐患。4.安全宣传与秩序维护：向游泳者宣传安全须知，提醒遵守规则（如佩戴泳帽、禁止酒后下水等）；协助处理纠纷，维护泳池/海滩秩序，确保环境安全有序。
5. 值班与记录：严格遵守排班制度，按时到岗交接；详细记录每日巡视情况、设备状态及突发事件处理过程，定期提交安全报告。
二.任职要求
资质证书：持有有效的救生员资格证书（如国家职业资格证），具备急救员证书（如红十字会急救证）。
职业素养：责任心强，具备高度的安全意识和团队协作精神；沟通能力良好，能冷静应对突发状况。
经验要求：有国际联号酒店/度假酒店，工作经验者优先（接受应届生）
其他：年龄要求18-30岁，会基础的的电脑文件操作。
