工作职责：1、按生产计划准时完成生产任务。2、严格按作业指导书要求完成产品装配调试，确保产品质量符合要求。3、认真填写生产过程记录。4、维护生产环境，无多余零部件，及时处理不合格品。5、设备、工具和工夹具维护并确保使用的有效性、完好性，工艺文件的使用与保管。6、及时反映生产中的问题，配合主管解决问题。7、责任心强，团结协作无边界。8、生产过程中严格按照要求进行各项操作，避免人身伤害及产品意外损坏，安全生产无事故。9、服从领导的临时性工作安排。任职资格：1、熟练使用常用的生产工具及设备。2、工作积极主动，责任心强，按时完成工作任务。3、善于沟通，虚心好学积极进取，具备团队合作精神。4、服从领导工作安排，在任务需要时能够加班保障工作顺利完成。
