工作职责：1、服务协助：负责餐前准备，按照标准摆放餐具，整理餐桌，补充调味品及饮品，确保区域整洁达标。配合正式员工完成客情服务，引导顾客入座、传递菜单、记录点单、端送菜品与酒水。餐后收尾，快速清理餐桌，回收餐具至指定区域，协助恢复餐区整洁。2、基础管理与学习：遵守部门规章制度，严格执行仪容仪表规范、卫生标准及服务流程，服从管理人员调度。任职资格：年满18周岁，具备服务意识与沟通能力，能适应餐饮行业轮班制，相关专业学生优先。有主动服务的意识，耐心、热情，能快速关注顾客的潜在需求。
