岗位职责：
1、熟悉酒廊日常工作内容，做好卫生打扫及备品的准备工作；2、掌握酒单知识并具有急促的调酒技能，能够为宾客提供规范化，标准化的服务；
3、爱护酒廊的设施设备，出现隐患及时上报；
4、检查交接酒廊服务用品，做好每月盘点工作；
5、参加培训并尽快提高自身的业务水平；
6、认真完成上级交办的工作任务；
7、做好宾客档案，积极与宾客沟通。
任职要求：
1、具有1年以上工作经验；中专以上文化程度；
2、具有强烈的事业心和责任感，高尚的职业道德，良好的纪录修养；
3、能够按服务标准进行共遇，反应灵敏。
