【岗位职责】
1、全面负责餐厅日常运营工作,包括服务流程监督及服务质量把控
2、执行餐厅服务标准与操作规范,确保符合酒店品牌要求
3、督导及协助员工完成餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作
4、定期检查餐厅设施设备维护状况,协调工程部及时处理故障
5、监控食材库存及餐具损耗,协助成本控制管理
6、收集宾客反馈意见,持续改进服务质量,提升客户满意度
7、有一定的中餐VIP包房服务经验
【岗位要求】
1、具备餐饮服务行业工作经验,有高端酒店或中餐厅/西餐厅管理经验者优先
2、熟悉中西餐服务流程及标准,掌握基本中西餐礼仪知识
3、具备较强的现场管理能力和突发事件处理能力
4、良好的沟通协调能力及工作积极性
5、身体健康,能适应早晚班及节假日工作安排
6、具备基础的英语沟通能力,能处理外宾接待事宜
