职位描述
1. Responsible for the service quality, insuring that all standards and processes are consistently followed by all team members according to standards set by GM.
管理餐厅的服务质量,确保所有团队成员始终贯彻执行总经理制定的标准要求和规范流程
2. Be the face of the restaurant; creating a contact with every tables and guests, insuring that they are delighted by the experience.

3. Deal with issues or complains, taking the appropriate action, insuring that guests are satisfied when departing the restaurant.
处理客人问题及投诉,采取适当解决方式,确保客人离店时的满意度
4. Create, maintain and develop a close working relationship with Assistant Manager and Head Waiters to insure trust and efficiency of the team as well as a good team spirit
与餐厅副经理及领班建立、保持和发展紧密的共事关系,以确保团队间的信任和高效率,发扬良好的团队精神
5. Create, maintain and develop a team spirit and a working environment where respect, passion, hard work, dedication, personal satisfaction and development are the key words

6. Overseeing of the preparation (mise en place – MEP) thru Assistant Manager and Head waiter, insuring that standards, procedures and timings are respected; as well as been fully checked before service
与餐厅副经理和领班监督餐厅营业前的准备工作,确保各项标准和规范流程得到遵守
7. Insuring that the restaurant is perfectly set and both waiters and commis’ duties are checked and ready on time for service.
确保服务员和厨工的职责检查无误,得以按时提供服务
8. Monthly check and preparation of inventory, to be presented to General Manager
准备每月的库存检查工作,提交至总经理
9. Overseeing of the Hostesses / assistance with cloakroom when needed.
必要时监督及协助领位员于衣帽间的工作
10. Supervision of daily reservations, insuring maximum capacity is reach and all VIP’s / big spenders booked in.
监督每日的预定,确保达到最高预定量并保证VIP的预定率
11. Do or check table plan before each service insuring any known guests are recognize, identify potential VIP clients and insure that covers arrives smoothly.
熟知客人信息,能够辨识VIP客人并确保其顺利抵达
12. Overseeing of team roaster, training program, menu descriptions with Assistant Manager and Head Waiter
与副经理,领班一起检查员工排班,培训计划,菜单简述
13. Lead daily briefing to motivate the team, going thru any changes on the menu, VIP’s information, talking about any service points from the day before.
领导每日例会,检查菜单变更,VIP客人信息,服务要求等
14. Check the teams’ uniforms at every daily meeting to insure perfect presentation and highest level of grooming.
每日例会检查员工制服穿戴,确保其整体精神面貌
15. Provide day to day training to all team members in order to constantly keep developing the team
不定时培训员工以不断提高团队服务质量
16. Management and update of regular guest files with preference, personal info, allergies, Bday etc…
管理及更新餐厅常客的个人信息,喜好忌讳及生日等
17. Assist the General manager with recruitment, appraisal and divers HR duties
协助餐厅总经理人员招聘等事宜
18. Insure that the restaurant is always in perfect housekeeping condition and any issues / damaged are reported and dealt with swiftly
确保餐厅环境的清洁与整齐,及时处理物品损坏事宜
19. Assist the General Manager to create, manage and develop of a training program for the team
协助餐厅总经理建立,管理及改善员工培训制度
