Job Summary:
1Responsible in achieving the Brand and Hotel positioning objectives locally and internationally through Public Relations and Promotion activities.
2.       Assists the Director of Sales in the development of Public Relations and Promotion plans and in budget preparation.
3.       Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the media, local community, the customer base and Starwood offices.
4.       Supervisors the Public Relations department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
5.       To protect the correct image and positioning of the hotel and Brand by meeting corporate standards in all collateral and advertising material.
6.       To develop and follow through in public relations activities and be responsible for the production of promotional materials, press kits and arrange press and media coverage.
 
Required:
1.       Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility.
2.       Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
3.       Ability to use Sales and Front Office computer systems.
4.       Knowledge in e-commerce, mass communication, creative graphic design, innovative copy writing, and editing.
5.       Knowledge of local & international market. University Graduate
6.    Min 2-3 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
7.    Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
8.    Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows , Microsoft Officeor higher, Internet and other popular publishing software.
9.    Good interpersonal & communication skills.
10.   Ability to work independently and under pressure.
