Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
FINANCIAL RETURNS财务回报
Develop deep understanding and knowledge of key sectors targeted by hotel, and gain sectorial/account expertise when necessary to maximise lead conversion rate
确保及时跟进,与客户领导为了追求业务驱动转换的最高水平
Ensure the timely follow up and pursuit of business with customers’ leads in order to drive the highest levels of conversion
发展关键领域的深刻理解和知识酒店的目标,并在必要时获得分类/账户专业知识最大化导致转化率
Conduct and/or assist Sales team in customer negotiation process
行为和/或协助销售团队客户谈判进程
Conduct proposal negotiation process and assist Business Development team where necessary
进行提议谈判进程和在必要时协助业务开发团队
Handle contract signing process
处理合同签署流程
Update lead status in relevant systems and communicate lead status to relevant Business Development staff （e.g. account owner）

Team up with counterpart Event Management staff to deliver sector/customer specific services when appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
Degree or Diploma, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer relations in Hospitality or a related service industry. Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.
学位或学历,至少3年相关经验的酒店或相关服务行业的客户关系。类型所需的经验和水平可能有轻微的大小和复杂性的基础上操作。
