Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)
· Attend banquet briefings to gain full knowledge of guest expectations, particularly in relation to room layout, theming, stage set up etc
参加宴会说明以获得客人期望的所有信息,特别是会议室的布置,主题,讲台摆设等。
· Follow manual lifting procedures at all times during the removal of banqueting equipment, reporting immediately to supervisor in the event of any damage such as strained muscles
在搬运宴会设备时自始至终遵循人工搬运作业手册,如有受损伤情况应立即向上级领导汇报。
· Ensure the banquet store room is kept tidy and trays, tables, chairs, skirting etc is maintained in an orderly fashion
确保宴会储藏室整洁,托盘,桌椅,桌围等整洁有序。
· Work efficiently with the Banquet team to deliver room set ups in accordance with client’s expectations
同宴会小组一起高效的工作,按照客户的期望布置会议室。
· Assemble and disassemble tables and chairs with care, minimizing damage to equipment and walls, including scratches, paint chippings, etc
小心的组装和分拆桌椅,尽可能少的给设备和墙壁造成损坏,包括划痕,漆面擦痕。
· Report all incidents requiring maintenance to your Manager
向经理汇报需要维护的所有事件。
· Follow orders relating to equipment layout by the Banquet Manager
按照宴会经理制定的工作单摆设设备。
· Maintain confidentiality in relation to particular events in line with Manager’s request
按经理的要求为特殊的活动保守密秘。
