KEY RESPONSIBILITIEs
To perform the Job Description of the current role (as per program) as quickly and effectively as possible to the required standard e.g. Room Attendant, Food & Beverage Attendant, Receptionist, Restaurant Supervisor, etc.
To undertake any additional work that has been delegated to him/her and operate within the policies and procedures outlined.
To take responsibility for the traineeship in a timely manner through liaising with managers regarding: expectations; undertaking projects; completion of logbooks and completion of department reports
QUALIFICATIONS
A relevant Degree/Diploma in preferably Hotel, Commerce or Business Management
Experience –
Minimum of six months experience in hospitality or a service industry environment. Sound knowledge of hospitality industry essential.
Required Skills –
Appropriate computer literacy – Microsoft products at an intermediate level.
Second language desirable though not essential
