Job responsibilities工作职责
Conduct daily management of the front desk and use sharp judgment and decisiveness to solve customer problems.
1. 对前台进行日常管理，用敏锐的判断力和决断力解决客户的问题。

Pay attention to VIP and reservations with special requirements, update relevant system information in a timely manner, ensure the good operation of VIP and team reservations, and monitor changes in room rates for guests staying in the hotel. 
2. 关注VIP及有特殊要求的预订，及时更新系统相关信息，确保VIP及团队预订的良好运作，监督住店客人房价变更情况。

Arrange rooms according to guests' reservations or preferences, and manage detailed catalogs.
 3. 按照客人的预定或喜好安排房间，并做详细目录管理。

Introduce new Club members to ensure their deserved benefits and provide high-quality and professional services to members. 
4. 引入新的优悦会会员，确保会员应得利益，为会员提供优质专业的服务。

Maintain the accuracy of hotel computer system information data, facilitate system operation, ensure the normal operation of front desk operating equipment, and ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
 5. 维护酒店电脑系统信息数据的准确性，便于系统操作，确保前台运营设备的正常运转以及工作区域的整洁清洁。

 Be good at sales, increase hotel revenue in a reasonable way, and ensure that guests feel value for money. 
6. 善于销售，用合理的方式提高酒店收入，确保客人感受到物有所值。 

 Job requirements岗位要求
 Familiar with the management work of the hotel front desk, with a strong sense of work responsibility and professionalism. 
1. 熟悉酒店前台的管理工作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。

Able to communicate and communicate in English. 
2. 能有效的用英语沟通交流。

Proficient in handling guest relationships and able to quickly and effectively respond to various issues.
3. 善于处理宾客关系，能快速有效应对各种问题。
