工作职责：
Assist the employee restaurant manager in conducting employee training and ensure that employees follow the workflow of equipment and facilities for work, safety production, and prevention of work－related accidents
   协助员工餐厅经理进行员工培训并确保员工按照设备设施的工作流程进行工作、安全生产、杜绝工伤事故发生

Responsible for daily production management and leading the team‘s chefs to process food ingredients into dishes or food that meet the requirements.负责日常生产工作管理并带领本班厨师将食品原料加工成符合要求的菜肴或食品。
Has the responsibility and ability to assign, inspect, and evaluate the work of subordinates.有分派、检查、评估下属工作的责任和能力。
Organize the work of each class of chefs to ensure work efficiency and effectively meet the requirements of dining staff.组织各班厨师的工作，确保工作效率，有效满足用餐员工的要求。
Organize and coordinate the food production process in the kitchen to ensure continuous food supply during meal times.组织协调厨房的食品生产流程，确保在开餐时间内连续供餐。
Strictly implement food and hygiene regulations严格执行食品与卫生制度
Check and control the consumption of various items required, and assist the head chef in controlling the operating costs of the restaurant检查和控制所需各类物品的消耗情况,协助厨师长把控好餐厅的各项运营成本工作
Take the lead in ensuring that the work clothes, appearance, and personal hygiene comply with the regulations of the employee cafeteria and are implemented to meet the restaurant standards带头做到三齐上岗，工作服、仪容仪表、个人卫生等要符合员工餐厅的规定，并使之落实执行，达到餐厅标准
Collaborate with department managers to jointly organize and carry out various activities to achieve service behavior standards and continuously improve employee experience与部门经理协作，共同组织开展各类活动以达成服务行为标准并持续提升员工体验

任职资格：
Experience in hotel staff restaurant service, with team management experience preferred.具备酒店员工餐厅服务工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先
Possess good communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently handle employee feedback and unexpected situations.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够高效处理员工反馈与突发情况
Have a certain sense of cost control and be able to plan budgets and resources reasonably.有一定的成本控制意识，能够合理规划预算与资源
Work meticulously and conscientiously, with a strong sense of responsibility.工作细致认真，责任心强
Possess basic office software operation skills （such as Excel Word, etc.） 具备基础的办公软件操作能力（如ExcelWord等）
