【岗位职责】
1、协助前厅部经理全面负责前厅部的日常运营管理工作，确保各岗位服务流程顺畅高效；
2、督导前台、礼宾、总机等岗位员工的服务标准执行，及时处理宾客投诉及突发事件；
3、负责前厅部排班、培训及绩效考核，提升团队专业水平与服务意识；
4、监控房态及收益数据，协同销售部优化客房销售策略；
5、检查前厅区域设施设备维护情况，确保符合酒店品质标准；
6、建立并维护VIP客户档案，落实重要宾客接待方案。
【岗位要求】
1、具备3年以上高星级酒店前厅工作经验，1年以上管理岗位经验优先；
2、精通Opera等酒店管理系统操作，熟悉收益管理及客房销售流程；
3、出色的中英文沟通能力，能高效协调跨部门协作；
4、具备敏锐的服务洞察力，擅长处理复杂客诉及应急事件；
5、高度责任心与抗压能力，适应轮班工作制；
语言能力：英语-熟练计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：25-38岁
