岗位职责：
1.Ensure the personal safety and property safety of all personnel in the hotel, and ensure the safe operation environment of the hotel.
保证酒店内所有人员的人身安全和财产安全，确保酒店安全的经营环境。
2.Follow all safety policies and guidelines to ensure that each security guard has clear responsibilities.
遵循所有安全政策和方针，确保每位保安人员明确其工作职责。
3.Conduct safety training for hotel staff.
做好酒店员工的安全培训。
4.Patrol all areas and make detailed records to avoid safety accidents.
巡视所有区域并做好详细记录，避免安全事故发生。
5.Improve the safety and fire control regulations; complete the collection of materials and file arrangement.
健全安全和消防条例；完成材料的收集和档案整理工作。
6.Check, maintain and maintain all kinds of facilities, equipment and equipment for fire safety.
对安全消防各类设施、设备、器材等进行检查、维护、保养。
7.Cooperate with the work of the local public security department, and assist in the investigation in case of any problem.
配合当地公安部门的工作，一旦发生问题要协助调查。

岗位要求：
1.Hold national level central control book and driver's license.
持有国家级中控本和驾照。
2.Have more than 2 years of experience in the same hotel security work, have received hotel security training, and have some management experience.
有同档酒店保安工作2年以上经验，接受过酒店保安培训，有一定的管理经验。
3.Have simple English conversation ability.
有简单的英语对话能力。
4.Be familiar with relevant security work knowledge and have strong understanding and judgment ability.
熟悉有关安全保卫工作知识，有较强理解与判断能力。
